My name is Julian Smith. I am the oldest in a large family, and I grew up in North Carolina until moving to central Florida in 2010 at 17 years old; which is where I am moving from. In 2021 I began working as an InterNACHI trained inspector. Prior to 2021 I worked primarily in construction, and freelance web design/ IT. I have truly fallen in love with the field of home inspection and how modern technology and hard work are well balanced in inspection. I moved to Michigan due to the growing market, as an ideal location to finally go into business for myself after spending years gaining experience and preparing.

Inspection reports for my clients will be generated using the Spectora platform, which allows me to finalize the reports on location and publish them immediately in most instances. This also allows my clients to sign our inspection agreement digitally and process secure payments through the self scheduling tool available on my Services page.​
