Please Note! Access must be provided for all scheduled buildings at any point necessary for completing the inspection on the scheduled day of inspection. If a suitable course of access is not provided or confirmed with the inspector before-hand, and is not provided at the time of inspection, a $150 scheduling and travel fee will be invoiced to the client. All appointment times are targets only and can be modified by the inspector or involved parties to best facilitate the inspection.
